Sharing of Personal Information

Payment Information will be disclosed to our payment processing vendor to process your payment. Device and Activity Information will be disclosed to third party analytics providers with whom we contract. We may share Aggregate Data about our customers, sales, and traffic to our partners and advertisers.

Network and Information Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information we collect from you to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Highly confidential personal information such as credit card number and password is protected with encryption, such as Secured Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, during transmission over the Internet. The servers on which information is stored are kept in a controlled environment with limited access. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to access your personal information maintained by us and the right to request that we delete any personal information about you which we have collected from you. We will comply with your request to delete personal information unless it is necessary for us to maintain it (e.g. to complete a transaction, detect security incidents, comply with a legal obligation, or enable internal uses aligned with your expectations). California residents may submit requests by emailing sales@combotire.com. We will verify your identity and disclose and deliver the required information free of charge within 45 days. We have not sold personal information to third parties in the last 12 months. We will not discriminate against a California resident because the resident exercised any of these rights.

Choice / Opt-Out

We may send you communications regarding our Services in various formats, including email and/or text. These may include notices about your use of our Services, updates, promotional information, and transaction/order information. You may opt-out of receiving promotional communications by following the opt-out instructions in those emails or by emailing sales@combotire.com with your specific request. Opt-out requests will not apply to transactional service messages, such as security alerts and notices about your current account and Services.
