How long does it take to process and ship my tire order?+
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Once your tires leave our warehouse, we will email your tracking numbers so you can follow delivery to your address or your preferred installer.
How do I start a return or exchange?+
The fastest way is to submit a Return Request Form. Tell us whether you need a refund or a replacement, and our support team will email you the next steps. If a return is approved, we will send prepaid return labels so you can drop the tires off at the nearest carrier location.
What if my tires arrive damaged?+
If a tire is damaged on arrival, submit a Return Request Form and describe what happened. We will help you with a replacement. If damage happens after installation, we may request photos and details so we can determine whether it is covered by a manufacturer warranty or another policy.
Are defects and road hazard damage covered?+
Manufacturing defects are typically covered under the tire manufacturer warranty. Road hazard damage (like punctures from debris) is usually not covered unless you purchased separate road hazard protection.
